About Us

• Telesolutions Consultants was formed in 1986 by Jerry Steinberg. Jerry formerly worked for Illinois Bell telephone from 1979 to 1986 in a variety of Telephone Company Management positions.
• Jerry's vision was to create relationships with business clients who were confused by the break-up of the Bell System and needed honest independent opinions, evaluations and coordination of telephone and data services.
• Clients in 1986 were real estate, banks, schools, car dealers, insurance and manufacturing companies.
• Telesolutions Consultants LLC has evolved from a one person company in 1986 to a four person – thriving and growing company.
• Our clients today are mainly education, service, and real estate development companies.
• We have large and small, rural and metropolitan school districts and they are located in Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan and California.
• Most of our business has been by referral.

Our Staff

• Jerry Steinberg, Owner & Senior Consultant. Jerry founded Telesolutions Consultants in 1986 and is the primary consultant for E-rate and compliance meetings, Bill Auditing and Voice over IP projects and Management.
• Donna Manners, Chief Consultant. Donna handles the management of our primary accounts. Donna started in 2000 and has been instrumental in organizing and executing the operations and management of Telesolutions Consultants LLC.
• Mary Hlavaty, Consultant. Mary also handles the management of our accounts. Mary joined Telesolutions Consultants LLC in 2007 and has been very successful in managing key accounts.
