Telesolutions Consultants was formed in July 1986 by Jerry Steinberg who formerly worked for Illinois Bell Telephone from 1979 to 1986.

Telesolutions Consultants has two primary consultants, Jerry Steinberg, Senior Consultant and Donna Manners, Technical Consultant and two clerical assistants.

We offer independent, client paid fees only accepted, professional advice, design, evaluations, writing of bid specs and coordination/project management services.

Our areas of specialization include professional telecommunications consulting in the following areas: Voice Over IP, PBX, Centrex service, structured cabling systems design, voice mail, Intercom systems, Wide Area Network – WAN evaluations, Internet access, E-911 consulting, E-rate management and network cost reduction.

Our goals are simple and firm – our clients come first and are our lifeblood. Vendors must perform to the highest levels or they will not be considered in the future.

We strive for no less than 100% client satisfaction and have a large clients referral business.

Jerry Steinberg has been a member in good standing with Illinois ASBO and is a member of its Technology Committee.

Jerry has written numerous articles on timely telecommunications issues for business administrators that have been published in the IASBO newsletter and is a regular speaker at the annual IASBO convention.

Donna Manners has been involved in telecommunications management for over twenty years including a variety of positions at Illinois Bell, Ameritech, TelePlus, Inc. and at Telesolutions Consultants.
