E-Rate Management Services

We have been involved in the educational rate or e-rate since its inception in 1998.

The e-rate is an automatic funding program for all K-12 schools that comply with the program. Many schools have given up the program due to its complexity.

We have been successful over 99.8% of the time to obtain funding for our over ninety school districts that we assist on the e-rate program.

Our services are normally turnkey with our office generating all of the necessary paperwork, answering government auditors questions and collection of monies owed.

We are very fluent on the latest rule changes and assist on the difference between eligible versus ineligible service.

We work on either an estimated hourly fee or on an incentive basis. On the latter, incentive based pricing, we are paid only when the school district is by the Schools and Library e-rate department.
