We offer four main services. Here are a few examples of our projects and services:

Bill Auditing

We have saved many of our clients tens of thousands of dollars annually with our detailed bill evaluation and audit service.

Recent examples this year include:

1. One business was being billed, over the past three years, for Fiber Internet services actually working at another customer. Result – a recoup of $95,000 errantly billed
2. A school district was having trouble with its Alarm Circuits in 2007 and the service provider removed and replaced the service. However, they did not replace the billing. Result: A recoup of $13,000
3. A smaller client organization had two Primary Rate Interface/T-1 line and our analysis determined only one was needed. Savings of $1,500 per month.
4. A larger client had 200 Centrex lines not being used as they were never removed after the move of their main office. Savings of $4,000 per month.

Voice over IP Consulting

We have helped hundreds of clients in the independent, review, evaluation, selection and implementation of PBX and Voice over IP or VOIP Telephone systems. Our Services are professional and detailed. We walk through your facilities to understand the infrastructure, what is presently in place and determine what is needed. We interview key staff to determine the problem areas or positive features of your present systems. Detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) specifications are written to protect against sins of omissions and to detail the specific needs of your organization. We conduct a vendor conference that publically spells out all that is required to new telephone, voice mail, unified messaging and overall systems. Lastly, we assist in referencing the selection of the new telephone system vendor.

1. Schaumburg School District 54, Mohsin Dada, Assistant Superintendent, 847.357.5011, mohsindada@sd54.org. Voice over IP consulting work, resulted in savings of hundreds of thousands of dollars and contributed to significant efficiencies for their 29 school sites.
2. New Trier High School, Don Goers, Associate Superintendent, 847.784.3408, GoersD@newtrier.k12.il.us. We have worked with New Trier twice, once in 1990 on a new PBX and Voice Mail solutions and again in 2009 on New Voice over IP, Unified Messaging and Networked Solutions.
3. Glenbard High School, Nate Dhamers, Director of Technology, 630.469.9100 ext. 5105, Nate_Dhamers@glenbard.org. We have worked with Glenbard High School twice, in 1997 on four networked PBX systems and in 2009 on four new VOIP and Unified Messaging systems.

E-rate Management

We manage the E-rate programs for 98 K-12 school districts and help them get on track. Our results have been staggering – recouping millions in E-rate revenue with a 99% + success rate during the thirteen years of E-rate with over 1,500 applications filed.
